We totally get it — sometimes things just don’t work out. Because we’re a small business with limited quantities, we offer store credit only on approved returns.

Returned items must arrive back to us in brand-new condition — unwashed, unworn, unaltered, tags attached, and free from damage, odors (including smoke), and pet hair. Items that don’t meet these requirements will be returned to the sender, and credit will not be issued.If a customer’s return rate exceeds 50%, future purchases will be considered final sale.
Once received, returns are typically processed within 3 business days, and you’ll receive an email when your store credit is ready. Please note that Lark is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
