Ordering & Shipping
Thank you so much for shopping with us! We’re excited to get your order on its way.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped on weekdays (Monday–Friday). We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your package leaves our store, delivery times are determined by USPS and may vary based on your location.
Holidays:
Shipping services are unavailable on USPS-observed holidays. Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy –
We totally get it — sometimes things just don’t work out. Because we’re a small business with limited quantities, we offer store credit only on approved returns.
To get started, please email returns@larklakemi.com to request a return. Returns require manager approval before credit is issued.
Timing matters:
Online return requests must be submitted within 15 days of purchase or 10 days of delivery (whichever gives you more time).
Final Sale Items:
All gift cards, sale items, holiday items, and jewelry are final sale — no exceptions.
We love helping you find your perfect fit, and we’re always happy to answer sizing or styling questions before you order. Please keep in mind that Lark isn’t a try-on service — every piece matters to our small shop.
VERY IMPORTANT (but said with love):
Returned items must arrive back to us in brand-new condition — unwashed, unworn, unaltered, tags attached, and free from damage, odors (including smoke), and pet hair. Items that don’t meet these requirements will be returned to the sender, and credit will not be issued.
If a customer’s return rate exceeds 50%, future purchases will be considered final sale.
Once received, returns are typically processed within 3 business days, and you’ll receive an email when your store credit is ready. Please note that Lark is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
